Eagleton heads major swoop by Cushman & Wakefield
The consultancy has continued the expansion of its valuation and advisory business, recruiting a Birmingham-based team of six from BNP Paribas, led by Thomas Eagleton.
The team starts at Cushman & Wakefield on 29 June. Eagleton, who joins at partner level, was a senior director at BNP, where he spent nearly 15 years since joining as a graduate surveyor.
Eagleton succeeds Jon Crawford in leading C&W’s Birmingham team with Crawford remaining as a senior figure in the expanded team focusing on business development and client work.
Also joining from BNP Paribas as a partner is Matt Greenaway. He brings over 18 years’ valuation and advisory experience including more than eight at BNP Paribas where he was a director.
The other team members to join are Angus Hardy, senior surveyor, Roisin Monaghan, surveyor, and graduate surveyors Harry Crompton and Jack Leyden.

Valuation & advisory is described as a core service line at C&W, which across the UK includes more than 180 professionals working in the field.
The team covers all major commercial, living, and alternative markets, and advises on approximately £400bn of assets annually. The V&A team operates as an integrated team under Chad Davies providing a comprehensive service to clients across its national platform.
