Eagleton heads major swoop by Cushman & Wakefield

The consultancy has continued the expansion of its valuation and advisory business, recruiting a Birmingham-based team of six from BNP Paribas, led by Thomas Eagleton.

Eagleton succeeds Jon Crawford in leading C&W’s Birmingham team with Crawford remaining as a senior figure in the expanded team focusing on business development and client work.

Also joining from BNP Paribas as a partner is Matt Greenaway. He brings over 18 years’ valuation and advisory experience including more than eight at BNP Paribas where he was a director.

The other team members to join are Angus Hardy, senior surveyor, Roisin Monaghan, surveyor, and graduate surveyors Harry Crompton and Jack Leyden.

Tom Nuttall, head of UK valuation & advisory at C&W, said: “Birmingham is a massive market for us, and we identified an opportunity for strategic expansion to support our clients locally and nationally.

“Adding this high-performing team in Birmingham to our UK valuation & advisory platform is fantastic news for our clients across all sectors.”

Valuation & advisory is described as a core service line at C&W, which across the UK includes more than 180 professionals working in the field.

The team covers all major commercial, living, and alternative markets, and advises on approximately £400bn of assets annually. The V&A team operates as an integrated team under Chad Davies providing a comprehensive service to clients across its national platform.

Thomas Eagleton, incoming head of valuation & advisory in Birmingham, said: “We are all excited to join Cushman & Wakefield where the valuation & advisory team combines scale with innovation to service an enviable roster of clients.”
