Eustace joins Sphere Group

The Birmingham-based residential developer, which rebranded from Court Collaboration at the start of September, has hired Stuart Eustace as development director.

Joining the Sphere team alongside Eustace is Raiany Rodrigues, the business’s new assistant development manager.

Eustace has provided consultancy advice on some of the largest mixed-use development projects in Birmingham, and acted on £1bn of investment transactions in the BTR market across the UK.

A former professional cricketer, Eustace has since gained a wealth of property experience across multiple disciplines working for the likes of Argent, Knight Frank and CBRE.

He will be responsible for delivering existing projects across all stages of the development process, with a particular focus on site appraisal, deal structuring and land acquisition. He will also support on new development and investment opportunities.

Rodrigues will assist in the day-to-day delivery of projects from design stage feasibility, site surveys, investigations and planning, though to monitoring and reporting on contractor progress on site.

The pair join Sphere’s new non-executive director and board member, the former GVA chief executive Rob Bould, announced as part of the rebrand.

Sphere chief executive Alex Neale said: “It’s an exciting time for the business and we’ve got some real talent on our hands with our new team members.

“Stuart’s experience and all-round expertise will add value across every aspect of Sphere’s projects, whilst Raiany brings fresh insight and new approaches that will benefit us no end as she learns more about the industry and the challenges we face. Their skills really complement the existing team and we can’t wait to really get going together under our new brand.”

The 2010-established firm continues to operate from Alpha Tower, Birmingham, following the rebrand. Sphere has a development portfolio and pipeline of over £1bn of residential real estate developments across the West Midlands and the UK.
