Councillor White was elected to the council in May 2018, representing Old Moat ward in south Manchester and was re-elected in May 2021, and May 2024. He was a member of the planning committee, and neighbourhoods and environment committee of the city council between 2018-2021 and in May 2021 he joined the Executive of the Council with the portfolio areas of Housing and Development. White’s portfolio areas as executive member for housing and regeneration includes housing management, planning, private rented sector and enforcement, regeneration projects and investment in district centres, residential growth and strategic housing. He is a trustee and volunteer with a number of charities in Old Moat and across Manchester.

Hall is the development director in Brookbanks’ development management group, with a strong background in project management, land & planning which plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic development and management of large projects. This position involves creating and implementing short and long-term delivery strategies to guide project-specific growth.

Verity focuses on providing market comment & economic intelligence to both the residential & commercial sides of the business, while also being a subject-matter expert in terms of key real estate datasets. He has experience of building & maintaining business-critical databases and maintaining supplier relationships, giving him a unique insight into what happens ‘under the bonnet’ of much of the insight, analytical and advisory outputs in all sectors. He also provides clients with a bespoke research & analytical consultancy service – especially in the ResDev, BTR, Senior Living and PBSA sectors.

Chesworth leads The Crown Estate’s housing & strategic land portfolio, a national pipeline of around 60,000 homes across 30+ strategic sites and The Impact Partnership, a 50/50 joint venture with Lendlease. His work spans strategic land promotion, large-scale garden communities and public-private partnership, with a focus on how public and private partners can align capital, policy and ambition to accelerate housing delivery and drive innovation across the sector.

Morrison is responsible for driving regional growth and delivering high-quality, affordable homes across the region. With over 20 years’ industry experience, she has a proven track record of leadership, business expansion and operational excellence within the UK housebuilding sector.

Heatley co-founded Capital&Centric in 2011 with Adam Higgins. He has delivered many high-profile regeneration projects in partnership with local authorities. He has won prestigious awards such as the UKREiiF Property Personality of the Year for his entrepreneurial approach and social impact. Healtey is leading on the generation of new business and has been responsible for identifying a number of large-scale projects including Weir Mill in Stockport and the Goods Yard in Stoke-on-Trent. He established Regeneration Brainery, assisting those from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds to get into the property industry.
