DPD secures 82,000 sq ft at Indurent’s Derby logistics park
Parcel delivery firm DPD has signed a five-year lease at Indurent Park Derby, marking its second major letting within Indurent’s Midlands portfolio in the last year.
The deal covers 78,585 sq ft of warehouse space and 4,350 sq ft of offices at D82, which has a BREEAM Excellent rating and EPC A+ energy performance, with provision for solar PV.
It is DPD’s second major letting within Indurent’s Midlands portfolio in the past year.
The company took around 120,000 sq ft at Indurent Park Tamworth in October 2025, taking its combined footprint across the two schemes to more than 200,000 sq ft.
“Indurent Park Derby is home to an international mix of occupiers, from engineering and medtech firms to fashion and beauty brands, and we’re pleased to welcome DPD to the park,” said George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent.
“Following its move into Indurent Park Tamworth last year, it’s great to be supporting DPD’s growth across the Midlands.”
Indurent Park Derby provides around 800,000 sq ft across 11 units. D82 is the latest unit to be let, leaving one remaining availability at D43. Other tenants at the park include Rolls-Royce and Kia.
