Persimmon South Midlands appoints technical director

Persimmon Homes South Midlands has strengthened its team with the appointment of Spencer Walters as its new technical director.

Birmingham-based Walters, the company’s former head of technical, has worked for Persimmon Homes for the past four years, having previously held technical management roles at Barratt and Bellway.

Walters will be based at the firm’s Studley offices, between Birmingham and Worcester, having taken up his new role this week.

“This is an exciting new challenge, and I’m passionate about ensuring quality remains at the heart of everything we do,” he said.

“Buying a new home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and it’s vital that we provide our customers – and the communities where we build – with homes and environments they can be proud of.”
