Police site comes to market on edge of Coventry

West Midlands Police is continuing with its land disposal strategy, 4.7 acres in Canley the latest to be put up for sale.

The Canley plot, next to the A45 and train station, has been cleared and remediated. Marketing of the site follows the sale of police stations in Ladywood and Sutton Coldfield.

Agents at KWB have been instructed to find a buyer. Kenny Allen, head of industrial at KWB, said: “This is a genuinely rare opportunity to acquire a site that is ready for immediate development.
