Seven-storey city offices on market after refit
Around 80,000 sq ft of space is now up for let in central Birmingham, after Urbana Partners completed its refresh of King Edward House.
Originally built in 1936, the New Street building is characterised by its imposing Portland stone façade, and will now be complemented by 5,000 sq ft of outdoor workspace, including several unique internal courtyards and a range of high-quality occupier amenities.
Internal light wells provide courtyard space on the second, third and fourth floors, while occupiers will also benefit from two roof terraces on the 7th floor, with far reaching views across the city centre.
