Stoford and Gallan team up to develop 35-acre I&L site

Property developer Stoford and privately owned property firm Gallan have signed a land promotion and development agreement for a near-35-acre site in West Northamptonshire.

Located off Dockham Way in Crick, the land totalling 34.2 acres lies a short distance from Junction 18 of the M1 motorway, and has the potential to deliver up to 500,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics accommodation across a number of buildings.

Stoford and Gallan will be working with Wallis Real Estate who represented the landowners.

Andy Hartwright, Land Director at Stoford said:“With a continued and growing need for first class industrial and logistics space in prime locations, Dockham Way offers excellent prospects to help satisfy those needs and deliver much needed economic growth.”

The land immediately adjoins the established Crick Employment Area, home to a range of local, regional and national occupiers including Costco and Inspired Pet Nutrition. Stoford and Gallan are seeking to support the function of this key employment location, which sits to the north of the West Northamptonshire local authority area.

Marty Gallagher, Director at Gallan, added: “We are pleased to add to the 140 acres of promotion and development opportunities that we are working on in West Northamptonshire with our partners, Stoford. Our portfolio offers a variety of sites suitable for a broad cross section of building sizes and uses which will be available to purchase or lease.”
