Weightmans adds Kaur
Joining from Shakespeare Martineau, Amal Kaur joins the law firm as a partner in the real estate team, with a focus on energy.
To be based in Birmingham, Kaur’s arrival marks a significant step in the firm’s commitment to supporting clients on ambitious decarbonisation projects and strengthening its presence across the Midlands, the firm said.
In addition, Kaur is dual-qualified across the jurisdictions of England & Wales and Scotland, advising clients in sectors including energy and utilities, retail and leisure, as well as acting for land rights companies, financial institutions, and landlords.
