PLP’s Nottingham sheds to hit market next year

The London-based developer has received reserved matters planning consent from Ashfield Council to deliver 700,000 sq ft in three speculative units.

There will be units of 459,000 sq ft, 172,000 sq ft, and 69,000 sq ft. The logistics facility will link to the M1 at Junction 27.

PLP said the site spans 65 acres and will be completely developed by the end of next year.

Earlier this year, PLP sold several assets, including one in Staffordshire, to KKR’s European logistics investment arm, Mirastar, for £170m.
