Staveley logistics site comes to market
Developer Tawnywood has remediated the 65-acre site and put in an entrance off Hall Lane for units of up to 410,000 sq ft.
Hartington Commerce Park is part of the East Midlands Investment Zone, and is being marketed for bespoke occupier requirements. The site has access to J29a and J30 of the M1.
Rebecca Schofield, partner from Knight Frank in Sheffield, which is marketing the site, said: “Hartington Commerce Park offers flexibility across the site able to accommodate industrial, manufacturing and distribution opportunities.

The first year of EMIZ has seen progress across its three designated strategic sites – Infinity Park in Derby, Hartington Staveley near Chesterfield, and Explore Park near Worksop plus a number of supporting projects across the wider region.
