Cameron launches £29m development in Nottingham
Staffordshire housebuilder Cameron Homes is set to launch its first show-home in Mapperley this weekend, as work continues on the 57-home development near Nottingham.
Work got underway on the Mapperley Meadows development, near Catfoot Lane, in August this year, with the first homes on site expected to be completed ready for owners to move in during early 2026.
A four-bedroom Kipling show home styled by Edward Thomas Interiors is being unveiled on Saturday, 25 October, which will then be open to the public five days a week.
“This is our eighth new development launch of the year and our third within Nottinghamshire, which reflects our strategic expansion into the East Midlands, ” said Guy Bebbington, managing director of Cameron Homes.
“The demand for our homes is bucking the regional trend and we have registered a lot of pre-launch interest for this development. We are thrilled to be opening the doors this weekend to show local house hunters and those looking to move to Mapperley how special it is.”
Established in 1994, Chasetown-based Cameron Homes – part of the Tara Group – is currently delivering over 200 homes across 11 live developments and has a pipeline of future sites expected to deliver around 1,000 new homes.
