Creative brings in Green as construction director
West Midlands-based development and construction consultancy Creative Developments has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Alan Green as construction director.
Green brings more than 25 years’ construction industry experience, having held senior roles with developers, contractors and consultants including St Francis Group, Morgan Sindall Property Services, Capita and Fellows Construction Consultants.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), he has a strong background in commercial control and live site delivery, and has supported major development programmes and complex projects across the residential, industrial, retail and education sectors.
“The business has a clear focus on bringing construction and development management together, supported by its close relationship with sister company Creative Retail, which helps simplify delivery for clients,” he said.
“That integrated approach and the ambition of the team were key factors in my decision to join, and I look forward to adding real value as the business continues to grow.”
Green will oversee construction performance and delivery risk, working across both principal contracting and development management to support Creative Developments’ one-partner approach to project delivery. He will also be involved in key projects, including the redevelopment of the former Debenhams store in Lichfield into an Everyman cinema.
