‘Prominent’ Birmingham trading estate goes up for sale

A multi-let industrial estate in Kings Norton has been brought to market with an asking price of £1.45m.

Parkview Industrial Estate, on the A441 Pershore Road South in Kings Norton, is being marketed by Birmingham-based commercial property agency Shepherd Commercial – having been in private ownership for the past three decades.

The estate comprises eight units totalling around 21,215 sq ft. One unit, measuring approximately 1,119 sq ft, is vacant, with the remaining units occupied by tenants.

The site has 49 dedicated car parking spaces and direct access to the A441. It is around six miles from Birmingham city centre and has links to the M42 and A38.

Kaine Arkinson, managing director at Shepherd Commercial said leases on some of the units are due for renewal, alongside the vacant unit, providing opportunities to increase rental income.

“Parkview represents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a multi-let industrial estate in an established Birmingham location,” he said.

“The mix of sitting tenants, one vacant unit and leases coming up for renewal gives a purchaser real scope to grow income over time.

“We are applying the same exit-focused thinking we bring to every instruction, looking at the estate’s long-term potential rather than treating this as a single transaction.”
