Ford on board for Innes England
The Midlands property consultancy has appointed Tim Ford as a director in its professional services team.
A chartered surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience, Ford specialises in advising landlords and tenants on a range of matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, business rates, acquisitions and dilapidations.
He joins Innes England’s Birmingham office from Johnson Fellows, where he was a partner for more than seven years. Prior to that, Tim held roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, ES Group and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Innes England has offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and, since 2022, Birmingham.
