Caddick targets £1bn Midlands project pipeline

Caddick Construction is set to mark two years in the Midlands by setting a £1bn target for pipeline works.

North of England based Caddick opened its offices in Birmingham in 2023, and has completed around £90m of project work in the region including a number of high-profile schemes such as a £43m contract to build Cole Waterhouse’s flagship regeneration development, Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, and the neighbouring Stone Yard scheme on behalf of Moda Living and Aviva Capital Partners.

The business has also delivered a number of industrial developments in the region, including the recent completion of Vernon Park in Wolverhampton, and a £28m urban logistics scheme at Foundry Business Park, where work commenced in the summer.

“We are closing the door on our second year in the Midlands with a strong order book of £300m, a significant milestone that underscores the dedication and talent of our growing team,” said Ray O’Sullivan, regional managing director at Caddick Construction Midlands.

“From securing our first contract at Port Loop to building a forward pipeline of £1 bn, we’ve firmly established ourselves in the region.

“With a robust order book and continued recruitment, we are excited for the next phase of growth and our ongoing contribution to the region’s built environment.”
