Shropshire agent’s expansion driven by rising rental demand
Berriman Eaton has completed a £125,000 expansion of its Bridgnorth office to create a dedicated lettings team in east Shropshire.
The agent, which also has offices in Wombourne and Tettenhall, says activity in the region has increased by more than 50% in the past year, driven by rising demand for homes in Bridgnorth and the surrounding rural areas, as well as other towns such as Newport and Telford.
The new lettings department will be led by Harry Brueton, who has been promoted to head-up the operation following a successful career within the firm. ARLA qualified and specialising in property management, the 28-year-old lives in the county and was educated at Wolverhampton Grammer School.
Andy Roberts, managing director at Berriman Eaton, said: “Our lettings department has achieved fantastic growth over the past five years as landlords turn to trusted agents during these uncertain times.
“Shropshire is a real hotspot for us. The investment in a dedicated Bridgnorth lettings department reinforces our commitment to expansion in the area and, importantly, delivering a quality service on the doorstep.”
