Cubo fills five offices, looks for more
The Derby-headquartered flex workspace provider is seeking further locations after a summer that saw record occupancy rates across its 13 bases.
Cubo said that summer had seen “exceptional growth, a surge in new member sign-ups, and significant acceleration of enterprise partnerships” across its nationwide portfolio.
Launched in 2020, Cubo now operates flex offices in London’s Soho, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester – where it acquired three former WeWork floors at the blue-chip No.1 Spinningfields – Newcastle, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Second sites in Birmingham, Nottingham and Derby have also been launched. The firm has now achieved 100% occupancy at five of its sites.
Marc Brough, chief executive, said: “The workplace is undergoing a fundamental transformation, and Cubo is at the forefront of that shift.
“Enterprises and scale-ups are no longer looking for just a desk or an office; they’re seeking dynamic environments that inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and adapt seamlessly to their growth.
“This record-breaking summer reflects not only the strength of our model, but also the trust that leading businesses are placing in Cubo to deliver the future of work.”
Looking ahead, Cubo plans to accelerate its growth trajectory, with new locations to be announced shortly.
