Former Vistry offices sold as RJS Ventol plots M42 move
A Milton Keynes-based contractor will swap concrete cows for Coleshill, after snapping up an 18,000 sq ft building on Gorsey Lane.
The three storey office building at 1, Bromwich Court in Coleshill will now undergo a comprehensive refurbishment, before becoming RJS Ventol’s new head office, with the firm set to switch its headquarters to the West Midlands.
The building was previously the home of Vistry West Midlands.
This deal, secured by Birmingham-based property agent KWB, is part of the latest expansion plans for RJS Ventol, which will see the company expand its team by roughly 15% over the coming months and into 2027.
The freehold property had been advertised at £1.35m.
Malcolm Jones, director at KWB, said the sale underlined an “encouraging” start to the year for the M42 corridor

“Coleshill’s office market is a key component of the highly active M42 corridor, which continues to offer businesses a popular alternative to Birmingham city centre.
“Despite global uncertainty, 2026 has been an encouraging year so far for deals within the M42 corridor. Last year, we saw take-up in the area surpass both the three and five year averages, and I am optimistic that this trend will continue throughout this year as well.”
Bedfordshire-based RJS Ventol provides mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and security system design and installation services.
