Logicor agrees letting of 508,000 sq ft Derby 507

Logistics specialist Logicor has agreed a lease with a pan-European freight firm for a newly completed logistics facility at Infinity Park, Derby.

Construction on the 508,300 sq ft Derby 507 building began in July 2024, part of Logicor’s drive to address what it said was a need for “high-quality, sustainably built logistics real estate” in the East Midlands.

Logicor declined to confirm the identity of the new occupier of the building, but the tenant is believed to be French logistics firm Ceva, who currently run their UK operations from Leicestershire.

The £36m Derby 507 development is built at the 100-acre Infinity Park investment zone, near to the Rolls Royce civil aerospace site at Sinfin, in the south of Derby.

Bowmer and Kirkland were awarded the construction contract for the scheme, and work was completed in April this year.

The deal follows Logicor’s recent leasing of Logicor Park Daventry, its 800,000 sq ft flagship UK development, to supermarket chain Farmfoods on a 25-year lease, announced in April 2026.

Tom Blakely, Director, Asset Management, UK at Logicor, said: “The leasing of Derby 507 is testament to occupier demand for large, specialist distribution centres, located in key logistics hotspots. We are delighted to continue supporting our customers by providing modern, highly- sustainable warehouses.”

Ceva Logistics did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
