Patrizia brings PureGym to Edgbaston
A 15-year lease has been agreed with the 24/7 gym operator for 8,700 sq ft at the developer’s Corkfield residential-led scheme, next to Birmingham’s international cricket venue.
The 8,737 sq ft deal sees two units combined at Patrizia UK’s flagship living development, which comprises 375 build-to-rent apartments and 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space next to the Edgbaston ground.
Corkfield includes studio, one-, two- and three-bed apartments and amenities including co-working spaces, a private dining room, an eighth floor roof terrace with a giant TV screen, and landscaped gardens. The scheme is near to fully rented and stabilised.
Patrizia now has a portfolio of more than 2,000 BtR homes under management or in development in the UK and Ireland.

There are two further commercial units remaining at Corkfield, via agents Creative Retail.
