Cameron Homes appoints Sargeant as sales director

The Staffordshire-based housebuilder has appointed Sarah Sargeant as sales director, as the company looks to support its growth plans across the Midlands.

Sargeant will lead a 12-strong sales team working across seven live developments in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. A further five new developments are set to launch later this year.

The firm is on track to build more than 200 homes during 2026, with turnover expected to exceed £100m. The business, part of the Tara Group, is targeting turnover of £140m by 2030.

Sargeant joins Cameron Homes from Solihull-based Hayfield, where she also held the position of sales director. Prior to her time at Hayfield, she held senior roles across the residential, luxury and new homes sectors.

Her responsibilities at Cameron Homes will include leading the sales team to deliver business growth targets, developing sales strategies, overseeing pricing for land appraisals and ensuring a premium customer experience.
