KWB Commercial and Newmark have been appointed to market around 15,000 sq ft of Grade A space at Solihull’s landmark AIR office development, with the agents describing the newly refurbished scheme as one of the most desirable, and sustainable, office locations in Solihull.

The final two suites at the Homer Road building have been made available under the instruction, with 11,192 sq ft on offer on the ground floor and 4,282 remaining on the second floor.
