Indurent signs 10-year deal for Derbyshire warehouse
Utopia Brands has taken 129,000 sq ft at Dove Valley Park, around 10 miles from Derby, as the consumer goods firm continues its upsizing trajectory.
The 10-year deal for Indurent 129 in Foston will see Texas-based Utopia switch from its current 54,000 sq ft premises at Indurent Park Derby. The firm previously occupied two smaller units at Coningsby Business Park in Peterborough.
Indurent acquired Dove Valley Park in September 2025, and has since undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment programme, which is due to be completed this year.
The building was listed for rent at £1.1m per year.
“One of the key advantages of our national portfolio is that we’re able to support customers as their requirements evolve,” said George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent.
“We’ve worked with Utopia Brands since 2020, helping the business move into larger premises as it has grown. This latest letting is a great example of how we can provide the space and flexibility our customers need.”
