Leamington office hits the market for £1.3m
A courtyard office development in Warwickshire has gone up for sale after former tenants Rybrook Holdings decided to quit the building.
Owners AC Lloyd have put the 5,802 sq ft premises at Tachbrook Park on the market for £1.3 million, or for rent for just over £100,000 a year.
The building is available by way of a new lease or for sale on a 999-year lease, considered ideal for owner-occupiers or as a SIPP’s pension fund asset, according to Mark Booth, senior surveyor at Bromwich Hardy.
“The building has been fitted out to a high standard and benefits from good natural light, kitchen facilities, toilets and lift access,” he said.
“The property also includes 21 parking spaces and is within walking distance of The Shires Retail Park.”
