The Midlands property consultancy has appointed Tim Ford as a director in its professional services team.

FTSE 100 real estate investor LondonMetric Property has acquired Apex@54, a 68,000 sq ft logistics unit at the business park north of Wolverhampton. 

Ashfield Council has given reserved matters approval for 500,000 sq ft of industrial development at the Hucknall site, currently undergoing remediation.
