TLT completes Paradise office switch

National law firm TLT has completed a move across Birmingham to its new base at One Centenary Way.

In December, the firm announced plans to take up 13,820 sq ft on the sixth floor of the building, part of Birmingham’s £1.2bn Paradise regeneration scheme which is being developed by MEPC, the specialist development arm of Federated Hermes.

One Centenary Way has already attracted several high-profile tenants, including Arup, the employee-owned built environment consultancy, global finance group Goldman Sachs, real estate company JLL and wealth management firm Quilter Cheviot.

Commenting on the new office, Mark Elder, partner and head of location for Birmingham said: “The One Centenary Way development has been generating plenty of buzz in the Birmingham business community, for its pioneering sustainability and wellbeing focussed design. It’s the ideal match for the next phase of our ambitious growth and our strategy centred on collaboration and innovation, underpinned by a commitment to our people and values.

“We are hugely proud to be in Birmingham, and of our achievements to date. We launched here with three people, just two and a half years later we number three times that. That sends a clear signal that we are delivering on our commitments to our clients, to our people and to Birmingham. We are here for the long-term, and will continue to build.”

Chief people officer, Helen Hodgkinson, added: “We’ve seen exponential growth in Birmingham that demands a new, future-proofed space providing a platform to continue to grow, collaborate and innovate together to deliver on our 2030 strategy, for each other and for our clients. Our move to One Centenary Way reiterates our commitment to the city, and our people and clients in the Midlands.”
