Goode makes switch to Persimmon’s North Midlands office
Former Keepmoat executive, Charlotte Goode, has joined Persimmon’s team in Leicester as managing director for the North Midlands.
She joins Persimmon Homes following a near nine-year stint with Keepmoat, where she was most recently a divisional chair and a member of the executive board, with responsibility for four regional businesses.
Before that, she served as regional managing director for the West Midlands and South West.
Goode has more than 20 years’ experience in housebuilding and construction, with a background spanning operations, strategy and finance, having trained as a Chartered Certified Accountant with Deloitte before moving into senior leadership roles across the sector.
“I’m excited to be joining Persimmon Homes North Midlands and leading the business forward. There is a strong team in place and I’m looking forward to playing my part in delivering high-quality homes and supporting the communities we work in,” she said.
“I’m keen to get started and to work closely with colleagues and partners across the region.”
Goode will oversee the company’s operations across the North Midlands, working with teams delivering new homes throughout the region.
Persimmon Homes regional chairman, Stephen Cleveley, added: “We’re pleased to welcome Charlotte to the North Midlands business. She brings a breadth of experience and a strong track record and will play an important role in continuing to deliver new homes and support local communities.”
