Pre-lets signed after steelwork completed at Garret’s Green park
Clifton Trade Bathrooms and City Electrical Factors will take two of six units at Coltham Developments’ 32,000 sq ft Birmingham industrial scheme, which hit a construction milestone this month.
Steelwork has now been completed at Garrets Green Trade Park, Birmingham, ahead of a planned completion date later this year.
The scheme is being developed by Coltham Developments, with Frontier Development Capital providing additional funding. KWB is acting as joint agent on the scheme alongside Colliers.
Kenny Allen, head of industrial at KWB, said: “Completion of steelwork is a significant milestone for Garrets Green Trade Park and it’s especially encouraging that the scheme has already secured two high-quality pre-lets.

“This area of Birmingham has been crying out for some new-build industrial and warehouse buildings of this kind in recent years. Finally, local occupiers have the opportunity to upgrade their premises.”
Practical completion for the new development at Garrets Green is due October 2026.
