Apartments plan approved for Nottingham office block
The former headquarters of the East Midlands Development Agency will become 60 flats, after Nottingham City Council gave the thumbs up to proposals this week.
Plans lodged by William May Holdings at the beginning of July will see 38,800 sq ft of offices at the four-storey Apex Court building converted into residential accommodation, following a decision by council planning officers to grant prior approval to the scheme.
A total of 54 one-bed apartments are included in the development, with six two-bed apartments rounding out the scheme.
Design consultancy work for the project was carried out by Derbyshire firm JBA Design.
The project team also includes NRG Consulting, Orion Fire, Roberts Highway Consultants, and RIDA.
