MK2 Real Estate promotes Lokucewicz to director

Louise Lokucewicz has been promoted to director at MK2 Real Estate, following three years with the firm’s growing property management team.

Lokucewicz joined MK2 in 2022 and has more than a decade of experience in the commercial property sector, having previously held roles at BNP Paribas, JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton.

In her new role, she will continue advising a range of clients including Christian Vision, Our Coop, Watkin Property Ventures Investments and Brighton STM. She also leads a team of five, oversees the firm’s apprentices and coordinates Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors training.

The promotion comes amid continued expansion for MK2’s property management division, which has grown rapidly since its launch and now employs around 40 staff. The team manages approximately £1.5bn of assets and advises landlords across the UK, spanning single- and multi-let properties as well as large-scale portfolios.

Marcello Della Croce, who heads the property management team, said: “Louise has made a strong and consistent contribution to the evolution of our property management team. She is trusted by clients, respected internally and demonstrates the values and professional standards we expect at MK2. This appointment recognises both her performance and her leadership.”
